Introduction
I love to cook but would love to learn more and figure it would be fun to meet others who feel the same.
What is your current skill level (beginner, intermediate, advanced, or professional)?
I have no idea! I'd like to think at least intermediate :) I know that people rarely complain.
Food you try most to avoid?
I am pescetarian (vegetarian + fish) but not super picky meaning I will pick around pork and I don't freak out about chicken broth. I am allergic to beef though so I do have to be picky about that.
Favorite food or cuisine?
Impossible to choose. Some favorites are greek, italian, tex/mex, sushi and thai.
