I just began following the food network and have been experimenting with their recipes. Emerils meatloaf, Robin Millers Pasta, Giadas pasta, Rachel Rays dishes. What I found is a new love for herbs and flavors and experimentation with flavors. I want
beginner-intermediate, since emeril uses many, mnay ingredients.
I don't like hot and spicy, I prefer healthy, I don't like indian food, cumin and such.
